Our motto, which means we make things easier and lighter, says it all. It not only describes our company philosophy down to a T: it also points, of course, to important characteristics of aluminium. In our Group companies, we utilise the metal's superior properties to provide services that manifest themselves in three expressions: competence, customer care and cost leadership. They also define the cornerstones for our company values and principles – they are values that serve as an orientation for every employee at apt.

We are good – and our on-going training programmes will help us to improve continually. Internal communication within the individual companies as well as within the Group as a whole also ensures that valuable expertise is passed on: we are good – and we learn from the best.

We say what needs to be said – and we do what needs to be done. Every employee has the best view of his or her own workplace and can actively help organise it. At the same time, our employees are integrated in the working processes so they can make valuable suggestions for optimisation. True to the motto: everyone makes mistakes – but only once if he is clever.
